Farsong Blog-o-Matic - last.fm stats (Apr 27- May 4)

That French duo is just kinda leading all the other groups on my list (though, I stopped using last.fm for a year-and-a-half, right around the time Menomena's Friend or Foe was leaked).

Devo really needs to be higher on the charts. As does LCD Soundsystem's album Sounds of Silver.

And that's the wrong song. Menomena's a sweet band with rocking tunes from Portland, Oregon!

Other interesting bands you might note: the German pop-rock group„Wir sind Helden.“ Right up there with Die Ärtzte, Die Toten Hosen, and Juli. I am better-versed in my German Punk and Post-punk pop-rock than in my German Heavy-metal. Also, Pop-rock is not a dirty word like it is here; over here, Wir Sind Helden might be more indie rock; it's certainly not mainstream here anyway.
