There is a forthcoming graphic novel called Aqua Leung with really interesting art. Interesting enough that I'm going to have to find it in print someplace. It's not even published yet, and the art is interesting enough to draw me in.

I mention this because an early, short Aqua Leung story has been posted in its entirety on Newsarama. And the art's fantastic!

all i saw was the words "graphic novel" and i knew i had to ask:

have you been reading the buffy season 8 series? oh my god fucking fantastic!

I haven't ever seen Buffy but people keep telling me it's good.

Did they continue the series into a comic?

oh wow, i don't know why i figured you'd seen it. probably because i know you're a serenity/firefly fan. it's... more of a cult thing... i was a fan because it suited me a a 14-year-old. now it's just sentimental.

after season 7 (last one), joss whedon continued season 8 in graphic novel form. same with the angel series. and you've read the firefly graphic novel i hope!
